Reliable Wastewater Design
RTM's Pump Station Level Alarm is a
non-contact, ultrasonic level sensing
device that notifies operator(s) when the
liquid level reaches a critical height. The
PS-50 Lift Station Alarm was designed
with the customer in mind. All that is
needed is access to a computer, text
messaging or a phone to know when
your pump station has reached critical
levels.
Secure Installation
Installation is simple enough for
customers to do themselves. Setup
takes just a few minutes.
Proactive Problem Prevention
The PS-50 allows you to predict
problems in pump stations before they
occur by instantaneously notifying you of
high liquid levels. This helps to avoid
back-ups and costly environmental
problems.
How it Works
RTM's Pump Station Level Alarm is a
combination of cellular telephone and
web-based technology. The PS-50
Monitors are installed at pump stations
throughout the country which send
wireless signals to the local cellular
tower. That signal is then bounced to
RTM's web interface, where customers
can log-on 24 hours per day, from any
computer and see how each pump
station is operating. A "call out" list is
set up online, so that when an alarm is
triggered at a pump station, identified
operators are contacted immediately by
way of text message, email or call to
your cellular phone or land line.
The Monitor:
Ultrasonic Air Transducers ranging from
40 kHz to 50 kHz (pump stations up to
60' in nominal depth)
Transmits/Receives using GSM - Digital
Cellular Communication
I IOV or Battery Operated
Watertight Fiberglass Enclosure
